Cozy new apartment,near city center+FREE Parking

Happy to welcome you in my NEW and bright apartment in an upcoming neighbourhood near the city center of Utrecht. You are fully equipped during your stay, this is the perfect base to explore Utrecht or visit Amsterdam. Parking in front of my apartment is FREE, so avoid the high parking fees in the city center (€30 a day). Also nice to visit and nearby: Amsterdam - a short 30 minutes by car (50 minutes by bus/train) Schiphol Airport - 40 minutes by car (55 minutes by bus/train) The living room is cozy and bright and has a balcony. There is a TV, large sofa (can also be used as a single bed) and plenty of room to do some work if you need to (there is good WiFi connection). In the kitchen you will find a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle. Do you want to make a smoothie or juice? No problem, I have a blender if you want to use it, just ask me. The bedroom has a large double bed with a very good matras. Next to the bedroom you will find the bathroom with a shower, sink and hairdryer. Towels are provided. The location of my apartment is very central and you can park for free in front of my apartment. Within 15 minutes (by bus) you are at the hystoric city center of Utrecht. The business park Papendorp is located a short 10-minute walk away. Public transport (tram and bus) are around the corner and a big supermarket can be found at 5 minutes walking distance. With great pleasure I live in this new apartment in Utrecht. You have the whole apartment for yourself and I assume that you handle my belongings properly. My apartment is located in an upcoming and young neighbourhood in Utrecht. When you walk out the door you will find the Canal where you can picnic, relax and walk around. Nearby (5 minutes walk) you will find a large supermarket and drugstore. There are also some nice local supermarkets around the corner! You can reach the hystoric city center within 15 minutes by bike (there is a bike rental nearby) and it's easily accessible by tram and bus. Amsterdam is a short 30 minutes drive by car, and about 50 minutes by bus/train.
