Guests may use of ground floor kitchen, utility room, lounge, conservatory, garden and integrated garage (bike/surf board storage) - with roller shutter door. Private drive and parking. Full alarm system with Visual Web Cam on parking area. The neighbourhood is a private, leafy estate near shops, expansive playing fields and woodland. Easy access to all roads, buses, trains etc. Heritage Coast, Beacons, Swansea & Cardiff nearby. Private parking on the drive, use of the garage for bikes etc, lovely walks alla round and nearby cycle track too. I am a 5 Star Superhost who also uses AirBnB as a traveller on a national and international basis. Minimal interaction - Covid Regs compliant - No quick change overs. With extensive local knowledge and contacts, I can help with, for example, horse riding, walks, trips, golf, sporting events, taxi/minibus travel etc. There is an independent alarm system for guests use and security. Private house in a quiet Cul de Sac, great location, access via car, bike or foot to the local area and Newbridge Fields, Bridgend town, Railway & Bus Station etc. Short walk along leafy lane local shopping precinct - Pub, Tesco, Restaurants, Take Away, Chemist, Cafe. Heritage coast, Cardiff and Swansea easily accessible. Mountain Bikes routes such as Cardiff Bay, Taff Trail, Dragon Ride, Swansea, Merthyr, Afan Valley, MTB events in easy reach. Easy access to Cardiff, Swansea, M4, Railway Station and key arterial routes - in easy reach of The Heritage Coast, Gower and local beauty spots i.e. Merthyr Mawr, Cycle Tracks, Parks and the Beacons. Railway and bus station 1 mile walk along leafy footpath, through Newbridge Fields (beautiful park) and into the town. The Private Flat is suitable for up to 4 adults with room for an additional cot if needed (Not supplied) Pet friendly but no mucky or wet pets upstairs before cleaned /dried. Pets that bark/chew/whine or misbehave or have a health condiiton are not welcome. There is a Springer Spaniel dog here Burt - he does not go on furniture, non barker - well trained and a joy. He mixes well with guests pets, Burt does not go above the ground floor. I do not allow instant booking nor quick change overs. Guests may of course have friends to visit by prior agreement.
