Amazing Location! Heart of Manly Bright and sunny cosy apartment with air conditioning in the lounge room. It has a separate mezzanine bedroom in a Complex with a plunge pool and Communal Rooftop area with breathtaking views over Manly. Situated next to the vibrant Corso, minutes from Manly Beach and Manly wharf. An easy trip to the city by ferry. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants at your doorstep. Easy seaside stroll to Shelly Beach. The apartment is on the 6th floor of the Manly National building with it's own small balcony. It is one of a few apartments in the building with air conditioning in the lounge room. The separate bedroom is cooled by a remote control ceiling fan. The Building has a rooftop common area with amazing view of Manly beach, BBQ facilities and a small rooftop pool. It is perfectly located in the centre of Manly. You have everything at your doorstep, cafes, artist markets and Farmers markets (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday). The apartment has it's own internal washing machine and dryer at no extra charge. The building has a rooftop pool for guest use and an outdoor space for relaxing also with BBQ facilities and fantastic views of the ocean. laundries with washing and drying facilities are also on this level. PARKING - available upon request. Parking height is maximum 1.95m. Extra fees of $10 per day payable. There are shared parking spaces in the building which you have access to but does not guarantee a parking spot. There is also a paid parking station below the building and across the road and free parking after 7pm-7am along the beach front. We will welcome you and will be available to assist you during your stay. We also provide information about what to see and do locally and further afield. We are happy to help in any way we can and do all we can to unsure guests have a lovely stay in Manly. Manly is heaven if you are an outdoor type. It is situated between Sydney Harbour and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Enjoy picnics and swimming at any of Manly's surf Beaches, or stroll round to Shelley Beach or one of the numerous Harbour beaches to enjoy a tranquil swim. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and weekend markets, and regular Music and food Festivals, there is always something to do in Manly Public transport, buses and ferries are located on your doorstep, all a easy, level walk from the apartment. Easily get to the city by Manly ferry, Sydney Fast Ferry or bus. From Manly Wharf the buses go all the way along the coast to Palm Beach. If you want a hire car...PopCar Hire cars are conveniently located in the building's carpark. Parties are not permitted in this building and we ask you to respect other guests in the building.
