Suburban, Quiet, Clean Room

Comfortable full-size bedroom in safe neighborhood. Shared bathroom (at times) with all the amenities available. We offer WIFI, Snacks, Bottled water and Fan/Heater near bedside. We have a microwave and mini-refrigerator in hallway for available to use. Relax and unwind offering the privacy you need! We are here to assist you with any questions or information about the Madison area. Clean, spacious bathroom with easy entry to bedroom with no stair to climb. Bedroom, bathroom and you can relax outside in our lawn in the summer months if you'd like. You can take a walk/run in our neighborhood it's safe and has a country feel. There is also a NEW walking trail about 1 mile away that is wooded and paved nicely. You can run/bike or walk and it surrounds a small pond with a long trail of woods in a safe environment. We give our guests a lot of privacy, but if you have a question or want to talk about anything we are open to spending a bit of time with you! It's a safe, country feel neighborhood. Consists of some older and newer homes in a suburban middle class neighborhood near I90/94 and access to I51 and 151. No public transportation available. You can use Uber or it's 1.5 miles to the major beltline I90/94. Our home is also near Hwys I51 and Hwy 151. Our location is on the NE side of Madison with easy access to get to downtown (10 miles) or the west, east or north sides. Some people also stay with us to go to events at the Alliant Energy Center on the southside. (It takes 25 minutes using the beltline.) There are very few issues in traffic in most directions. (Heaviest traffic exits once in awhile during rush hour on the south beltline at 8am and 5pm.) We offer you water bottle to drink due to well water that at times tastes a bit funky. You can find the WIFI info. next to the lamp by the bed. We offer you either a key or code access. We have no pets in our home! Quiet time is 10pm. Please keep your voice and the tv at a normal range. Our walls are a bit thin and if we are hosting other guests they are nearby in the same hallway. This is greatly appreciated! If you need more water bottles or clean towels please leave me a note on the board in the bathroom and I'll make sure you get them. If you track down my husband sometimes he's a bit clueless of where I keep these things. ha
