Free and safe parking in the backyard! * This little studio is a fully-equipped home away from home, perfectly located only 5 minutes from all the hustle and bustle of the historical pedestrian zone with all the attractions, restaurants and cafes. *Charming as it is, in 2016 it got featured on three pages of the most prestigeous Croatian home & design magazine *Free and safe parking in the backyard * Although so close to where you want to be, the studio is tucked in a quiet little street and you are sure to get some good night's sleep! *It is located only 10 minutes easy walk from Valmod centre (speech impediments therapy) *Only five min away from a fun Thursday/Saturday flea market * The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, stove, blender, toaster, a little tea/coffee station). *There is a TV (cable), radio/CD player, free WiFi and loads of books in English/magazines to keep you entertained or help you unwind at night. *You are welcome to use the washing/drying machine. There is an iron, an ironing board and a clothes wardrobe at your disposal, too. * The sunny little sleeping nook with a double bed is overlooking a quiet garden in the back of the building. It can be detached from the living area with glass sliding doors. * The bathroom is probably one of the smallest you have ever seen but also one of the most charming ones! It is clean, light and airy. There is a hair dryer and a heater in it. Towels, shampoo, body-gel and even a toothbrush will be provided for you, too. * The place has electric radiator heaters available all year round. The whole studio is at your own disposal. I will be there to welcome you and see you off :) I will be staying only 7 minutes walk away from you so I'll be glad to help should you have any questions. Time permitting, I will be more than happy to show you around the town and direct you to any attractions you may wish to see. I will provide the maps of the town for you and mark all the major sights, restaurants and stores that might be of use to you. The position of the Stylish Studio is just perfect for you to live like a local and do everything locals normally do: go to the green market early morning (2 minutes away) to stock up on veggies, wines, honey, cheese or cured meats and other local produce. Grab a freshly baked 'klipič' (local salt sprinkled pastry) in one of the bakeries on the way to one of the sunny cafe terraces. Flip through the morning papers while watching the people pass by and sip on some fine espresso coffee. Seeing the museums, galleries, palaces and churches will surely get you hungry. If you're not in the mood for cooking at home, pop into one of the local or international restaurants just steps from the studio apartment. Come back home for a peaceful afternoon siesta. Quiet and peace is something our guests often point out and appreciate. Our place is in a perfectly safe and peaceful part of the town. Actually, the whole town is totally safe at any time of day or night! That is why you should go out in the evening, go to an exhibition opening, art cinema, theater, a concert or see a band playing live in one of the pubs or cafes on weekends. No mater what, you are guaranteed to have a great time! *The town center is just 5 minutes away and everything is easy to reach on foot so your car can stay safely parked in the backyard during your whole stay. *The Old Castle (Stari Grad), the major town attraction, is only 5 minutes away *Bus station is 15 minutes walk away *Train station is also 15-20 minutes walk away *You can enjoy the walk by the Drava river, only 15 minutes away *The famous Trakoscan castle can be reached by car (40 minutes ride). Great for a day trip, a visit to the museum, a walk around the lake and a lunch in the hotel. *If you really want to pamper yourself, visit the St. Martin Spa in the neighboring county of Medjimurje, famous for its healing waters.
