McDermotts Lake house

Higden is a great community. There is one way in and one way out. Our lake home can accommodate 12 but is also cozy for less people. We have plenty of parking space for pontoons. There is a community boat dock available also. We have a lake view seasonally and within walking distance to Greer’s Ferry lake. Beautiful deck for late evening sunsets. We really love this home. We have owned it since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We have been going every weekend in the summer some in the fall. We Lived here for a year and 1/2 and decided to purchase a home in Wynne closer to family. We have been in a constant remodel mode since we bought the property. We still have several thing to update and will continue to do so. Perfect get away and very relaxing. We hope you love and care for it as we do. Restaurant, pontoon rentals, Mountain View usually will have live music on Saturday’s and there is a stone drive in theater in Mountain View also. Some nice shopping there. We like to eat at Jansen’s. It pricey but so worth it. Cravens grocery store is about 30 minutes. There is a Dollar General for what you might forget. Subway and sonic👏🏼👏🏼
