The apartment is a nice and small nest in a Suburb of Bern. Everything is renovated with a fantastic view on the Alps of Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km to the city center of Bern and 6.5 km to Belp airport. It includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and one living room with an open kitchen. Outside you have a garden with pool and outdoor dining table. We offer fexible check-in/out but if the day before/after the flat is occupied you have to respect 10.00 am (c-out) 14.00 pm (c-in). Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. We are not always at home. If we are at home, the level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. The municipality of Kehrsatz is located on a terrasse on the south-east slope of the "Gurten" or "Güschä", which is the Bern's mountain. The house is placed in a quite upper class district with some very nice homes only a 30 minutes walk away from the Gurtentop. The rural palace of "Lohn", which is located via-à-vis the Kehrsatz's station, is the official estate of the Swiss Federal Council, the government of Switzerland. The train station "Kehrsatz" is located 800 meters away from the house. The fastest way to go to the train station by foot includes a quite steep path but you can also take the asphalted street. Every 15 minutes there is a train leaving for the city center (working days from 7.00 am till 20.00 p.m) (14 min.) and 2 trains per our during non-working days (check on (Website hidden by Airbnb) Bern to Kehrsatz). By car in ten minutes you are in Bern. Excursion to Bern's local mountain Gurten beside the mountaintop fantastic view … across the entire city of Bern, the Gurten offers a playground and miniature and much more. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. If it snows and we are not at home, we can't clean to small way from the parking to the flat and the small way from the road to the parking.
