Luxury home in Wagrain: Chalet Burgblick

The Chalet Burgblick was designed in 1965 in the wake of the emerging interest in alpine winter sports for an industrialist family. In 2015/16, the revitalization began with the aim to create a refuge, which is intended by personal ambience to convey to the guest both the feeling of comfort and cosiness, as well as the interest in physical training. A covered entrance area will give you access to the bike room (in the summer) or the heated ski stall including ski boot heater (in the winter). All rooms are accessible via chip or app. There is WLAN in the Chalet free of charge. With the Salzburg Sportwelt Card which you will get on arrival, you will have discounted access to many locations and attractions in and around Wagrain. During the winter, the Sportwelt Card will allow you free entrance to the Erlebnisbad Wasserwelt Wagrain. Unfortunately, we live in Vienna and not in Wagrain, but we are easy to reach via phone or email. At check-in our local care-taker will welcome you and explain everything you need to know about the Chalet. He will also accept the safety deposit (500 Euro) and the "Ortstaxe" the local taxes. If there should be any problems during your stay, he can be in the Chalet within a short period of time to help you out. Next to the Chalet is a supermarket ready to buy fresh bread for breakfast. The ski bus is ready to bring you to the two main valley stations just within minutes. Although the Chalet is perfect connected to transport it offers a quiet an cosy atmosphere with an yard with sun deck, barbecue and sunken sofa/lounge area. (Ski)bus station is across the street. Please ask us about early check-in! If possible, we like to accommodate you, so that you may start your vacation earlier! The cleaning fee will be increased with 1.1.2021 from 250 to 300 Euro. We welcome guests with dogs! However, we ask to inform us about your furry friend/s when booking. We charge an extra cleaning fee per dog of 50 Euro. This will also be increased with 1.1.2021 from 50 to 80 Euro. When checkin-in we ask for a safety deposit of 500 Euro. The local taxes will be calculated depending on the number of adults (>14 years of age) and the number of nights and also charged at check-in.
