Private room in Richmond burbs w/ Gardens

Private room with bath in lovely Chester home. Home is 20 minutes to Richmond (just off of 95), 15 to Petersburg, 10 to Colonial Heights, walk to shopping and restaurants, and "Y", yet you feel like you are in the country on this 2 1/2 acre estate with lovely gardens and screened porch, patios and fire pit. Cold breakfast included. No smoking allowed. Check-in is 3:00 pm, check-out is 11:00 am. Pet friendly, 25 lb. limit. Access to community pool five minutes from house is $10.00 for guests. Chester is 16 miles from the Richmond City limit, but we are within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Living room, library, porch, patio, gardens, laundry room, kitchen This is our home and I will be available most of the time, but will not intrude. Coffee, tea and cold breakfast included in price. Wine and cheese, snacks, available with advanced notice for a fee. We also have 2 small Manchester Terriers. Our street is very quiet and it feels like you are in the country, yet there are shops within walking distance *including the local "Y" and the library) and many more within 10 minutes.
