Ground floor, 1 bedroom apartment in a Victorian style home. Cathedral ceilings with custom windows allows the living area an open space with plenty of day hour lighting. Located in the downtown Flint Art and Culture district. Clean and private. Great place for a long term stay or short term if needed. 500 sq.ft apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance on the large wrap-around front porch. There is 7 apartments in this building. Other tenants are all professionals, downtown hospital and medical workers, graduate school students, and university faculty. Everyone is very friendly and considerate of each other. Building stays pretty quiet. Small dogs are allowed in the building. High speed 125mbps xfinity intenet wifi. Laundry room is in the shared basement next door access from Back door. . Parking- Secure fenced in driveway on the side of the apartment. Also, street parking. There's a carbon filter on the main water line providing safe drinking water. Thermostat is controlled by us. If it’s cold or too warm just message us to have it adjusted. You can contact me with any concerns day or night. I'm usually available for any assistance you might need. My team members are also available at any time to help guests. We live on a quiet street, patrolled by the city, campus security, and cultural center public safety. House is located at the end of the street which makes for a less trafficked area. The Cultural Center Neighborhood Association is active and has close ties to everything within walking distance to downtown. We are just minutes away from University of Michigan-Flint, Mott College, Michigan State satellite campus, McLaren & Hurley hospitals, as well as the museums, Art/Music institutes, library, and planetarium you can find in the Cultural Center of Flint. You will also find the farmers market, restaurants, pubs, and office buildings close by! Uber and zipcar operate here. Car rentals available near by, as well as the MTA bus line, central station is a 5 minute walk from house. Sidewalks are used frequently for bicycling. Air conditioning by window units. PET POLICY - We want to be inclusive of guests traveling with pets. Please include in your message if you are bringing any dogs and if so, what breed. Due to the nature of airbnbs shared ecosystem, we can only allow small to medium size dogs. Unfortunately we can't accommodate cats, or large dogs.
