Located five minutes from the city of Providence and 50 minutes from Boston. Private second floor has K-cup coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator available. The washer and dryer located in the basement are also available to guests. This space provides a private second floor with two bedrooms a living space and bathroom. The main entrance shared with host but second floor is private. Access to second floor is up a set of stairs that may be steep for some people. Please check with host if you have any questions. Guest access is through the back of the house, after parking look for the front door around the house.the door will be on the cement stairs closely located to the stairs that lead to the rental space. Once guest checks in they will have a key to come and go at their pleasure. The washer and dryer are available to our guests(until 8pm) but shared with the owner. The second floor space is completely private. I like to give them space. But I will be available for questions by phone or text, I live downstairs and I will be happy to help you if you need anything. My neighborhood is saved we’re 5 to 10 minutes to downtown providence, Brown College Rhode Island College and others. Downtown providence is very beautiful you can also visit Newport little town and beaches 40 minutes from here you will love it. Twins river casino 15 to 20 minutes. Rhode Island it’s a beautiful state a lot to do. Our space is located in area where Uber and Lyft are readily available. In addition, the local bus line is easily accessible. My kitchen it’s not available any more but it’s a small fridge, microwave, tv and a K-cup coffee maker upstairs. You can also park one vehicle on the drive way.
