This is a ground floor apartment with air conditioning, a large balcony, two rooms and a bathroom with shower. Within close walking distance to all amenities and only two minutes from the beach. There is a cafe-bar that opens in the afternoon, and a mini-market that opens in the morning on site. In the bedroom there are two single beds which can be pushed together. In the main room there is a small seating area with a table, another single bed and a small kitchen area. There is a bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony. WIFI is available throughout. The apartment is situated in a complex with three other holiday apartments and the owners house, all surrounded by gardens. To all garden area and outdoor seating We are available by text messages and email, and also live on site. We are situated on the south western side of Samos, across the road from a large and both sandy and pebbly beach, with crystal clear and very fresh blue waters. We are at the beginning of the resort, on a side road, and are within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and other attractions which include the nearby fishing village of Ormos, which is 15 minutes away, the main village of Marathokampos, with its churches and traditional cafes, which is 40 minutes away, and the famous cave of Pythagoras the philosopher and mathematician, which is 2 1/2 hours. There are also a number of smaller beaches close by. We can provide information on local transport, taxis, and car rentals. There is parking available on the street outside the property, and we can also give information on local hikes and walks. We have a dog and a few cats on the property . Smoking is allowed. We speak English and Greek.
