You can reach the center of Yerevan in 7 minutes. It is in calm region. There are grocery and other stores, pharmacies, dental clinics and snack bars nearby. There are lot of taxi services, which may be available by phone call. SIM card is easily available even at the airport. Water supply hours ~6:00 ... 24:00. It is possible to walk to the transportation in 1 min (bus on Lvovyan street) or in 5 min to get any available bus/taxi on Gayi Avenue. Free parking is available just near the building. The water in whole area is available from ~3AM till ~1AM.
