quiet apartment next to patio

This cosy, easily accessible apartment (50 m²) is located onthe ground floor and next to the quiet patio. Staying for 2 is great, up to 4 persons possible, if two accept the couch as snug berth. The speciality is the small courtyard exclusively for this apartment (have a look at the pictures). The kitchen is fully equipped, bedroom is separated. As I live in the same building I can help if you need anything. Please note: There is NO TV in this apartment - but of course Internet (WiFi) is available. there is a small garden for all children of the house - my daughters are currently 13, 10 and 8. I offer information about the area (I have lived in the same building for several years now), tips for shopping, sightseeing etc. Staying here means, you can reach many important destinations within a 5 minute walk: In 5 min you can be in a public Park (with playground and public bath), or in a grocery store or at an Underground Station or in the lovely neighbourhood of stately mansions (Cottage) or (in case of emergency) at a doctor very near: bus 37A and 40A near (5 minutes walk): Underground (U6) Station Nussdorfer Straße or Station Währinger Straße and the tram lines 40, 41, 42. Every major point of interest can be reached within 30 minutes. I can offer a garage for your car if necessary - please contact me for further details.
