Welcome to the Lake! This Diamond Lake cottage has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths including a brand new master bath, a private outside shower, a fire pit, and a boathouse. The cottage boasts a newer kitchen with newer bathrooms, an outside shower, and new mattresses!! Every piece of furniture has been recently recovered! Everything is fresh and clean with that cottage feel! There is over 3,000 Sq. ft. with an open floor plan and gorgeous views! Come to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Diamond Lake! Quaint and cozy cottage that is loved and well taken care of. There are views everywhere from the first floor! Choose to watch tv, play cards, read, or just relax on the porch swing. Feel the stress start to leave your body! Bring your water toys to have fun swimming off the pier. There is a nice bottom, not too rocky! Outside enjoy the barbecue area, sit outside to eat, the fire pit and the outdoor shower! Don't forget the deck above the boat house! We love to sit out there at night to watch the sunsets!! We do not allow firework, parties or events at any time. All renters must sign the liability waiver before arrival in order to use the boathouse deck, dock and boats. Please enjoy the kayaks. There is a marina a mile down the road to rent pontoon boats, ski boats, kayaks, and stand up paddles! There is an ice cream parlor on the golf course up the road behind the house! Porky's on M60 has fried chicken, pizza, and ribs!! Yummy
