The Perfect Beach House- Red Rock

Welcome to our family holiday home. Red Rock has been our most treasured holiday destination for over 35 years and we know that you will love everything about it, just as we do! Our home has sensational verandah views towards the river which invite you to either sit back with a drink and take it all in, or stroll to the waters edge to swim, fish or just dip your toes! Our home is split over two levels and comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Whether you are renting the whole house or just upstairs your booking will still be our only booking and you will have the property to yourself. UPSTAIRS: The recently renovated upper level of the home contains three large bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), a bathroom and new kitchen. The large lounge, dining and sunroom(s) easily accommodate all family activities. There is plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing, or not! upstairs can accommodate up to 9 guests. Bedroom 1: Queen bed + walk in robe Bedroom 2: Double bed + single bed Bedroom 3: 2 single beds Lounge: Double bed Bathroom: Shower, bath + large vanity Toilet: seperate toilet for your convenience Rear access to downstairs laundry and bathroom Laundry: access to laundry downstairs Second bathroom: Toilet, shower + basin DOWNSTAIRS: The seperate ground floor has its own access and can accomodate a further 5 guests. That’s 14 guests in total. There are three large bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living with tv area along with an en-suite in the main bedroom. Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: Queen bed + en-suite Bedroom 6: Single Bed We will be available over the phone if you have any questions big or small. We are a 15min drive and can be available if needed but would prefer to keep away and let you enjoy your stay! Red Rock village has a great general store and a bowling club with dining facilities. Woolgoolga is a ten minute drive to the south and Coffs Harbour a 25 min drive - not that you'd want to leave The Rock! There are a number of great swimming spots in the river and a number of beaches to choose from all within walking distance. If you aren't up for swimming or relaxing at the house a game of bowls at the bowlo is always great fun. The boat ramp is located directly across from the house so if you have a boat make sure you bring it. There are numerous walking tracks around Red Rock for you to explore and a number of bike tracks throughout the Coffs coast. Our Red Rock is slow paced and the perfect place for the kids to learn to ride so be sure to bring the bikes. We are sure you will love Red Rock and the peaceful vibe of this family friendly village. Once you get to Red Rock you won't need your car again. Should you need essentials there is a corner store otherwise Woolgoolga is a short drive where you will find supermarkets and boutique stores and cafes.
