A fairly unique, large 2 bed flat with an open plan kitchen - living room. The flat compromises 2 bedrooms (1 large with a king size bed and the other medium size with a small double bed), a bathroom with bath / shower. Great location in the heart of Westbury-On-Trym. The flat is only a short walk from local shops and local parkland and it has good transport links into the city center (which is only a short drive). Guests have full access to all amenities including a washer and dryer. The whole flat has been decorated to a high standard. All rooms have been freshly painted and the master bedroom and living room have had the original oak floors restored. The flat is very spacious, being arranged over 900 sq ft. The living room compromises of a large, comfortable corner sofa and a 50” Smart TV with Netflix, other smart apps and all TV channels. There is also a projector set up with a 100” motorised screen to watch films and even stream television on. We have a large, 4 seater circular dinning table with 4 chairs which is perfect for meals and can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has everything required including an under-counter fridge and freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and everything required to cook your own meals, if desired. I want guests to feel more than welcome will all amenities in the flat at the guest disposal and there is also an Alexa show which can be used to listen to music. The master bedroom is a very generous size and has a kingside bed, spare wardrobes for guests to use and also a 48” smart TV (with Netflix). Included in the bedroom are plenty of mirrors too. Bedroom two compromises of a small double bed and a wardrobe for guests. This room is nice and cosy but still a good sized bedroom. The flat itself is located right in the heart of westbury-on-trym, a lovely village which is still very close to Clifton and the centre of Bristol is also fairly close and easy to get to. That flat itself looks out over the central roundabout, two floors up. Although it is the second floor flat, there is only 2 flights of stairs and access is easy. Although we are central there is free parking available very close by (details of parking will be emailed across with check-in details). Local amenities include stores / shops (co-op and Tesco) and nice places to eat and drink including pubs and restaurants. There is also a rear entrance to the flat. All facilities are available to use including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, smart TV’s and even a project with a 100” motorised screen. I should be fairly local so may be able to come to meet and great. If I am not available keys will be left in a secure lock box for self check-in. I will also more than willing to help and will be on hand with anything that is required. Local shops, Greenland, direct links to the city centre, bars, pubs & restaurants. Everything you need is very close by. There are regular busses that go directly into the centre of Bristol - Number 1 goes from directly outside Co-op and will go down Park Street, through Cabot Circus and will terminate at Bristol Temple Meads Train Station.
