Makati Luxury Apartments Unit 808 Tower C has its clean bathroom, small kitchen, dining area for two and living area with a sofa converted to bed and a balcony that gives you a landscape, and pool view that is totally relaxing. *Guest will have temporary access to amenities only until the end of their check out day. *Amenities located at the 6th level of the building namely: the swimming pools, landscaped areas and play ground. *Authorized guest have the security access in the lobby upon check-in and expires upon check-out. *Visitors of the guest can only stay only until 11:00 PM. (temporarily not allowed due to pandemic situation) Guest can contact us anytime during their stay. If guest needs to ask certain place around Makati or assistance, we are willing to assist to the best that we can. Makati Luxury Apartments is located in Jazz Residences (Jazz Mall is @ the ground floor) has its own mall with retail shops, restaurants and service shops etc, which gives convenience to owners and guest. Pubs, cozy dining strips, and shopping malls are just few minutes away. Country's premier business districts, BPO centers, schools, offices, leading shopping malls, hospitals and churches are just walking distance and just minutes away that you can conveniently save from stress that traffic brings. Transportation is not a problem within Makati. ENHANCE CLEANING PROCESS 1 PREPARATION We are using the UV lights to disinfect the whole apartment upon the guest check-out. We need to ensure that the apartment is already first level disinfected. UV light kills germs like viruses and bacteria through damaging molecules like nucleic acids and proteins. This makes the germ incapable of performing the processes that it needs to survive. The UV light is accessible to all guest given that the guest will do its responsibility in proper usage of the said device. 2. CLEANING We meticulously clean the apartment for at least 2 hrs which is in a way according to COVI-19 health protocol standard. 3. SANITATION We are using high quality chemicals in sanitizing each surfaces which is harmful to germs, bacteria and viruses but not harmful to humans. We make sure that all chemicals are being rinsed and cleanse properly. All bedsheets and towels are wash on 95 degrees temperature with bleaches and dried in heating process. 4. CHECK The owner ensures that the apartment is ready for the next guest. 5. Let's PROTECT each other against COVID-19.
