Entire one bedroom 650 sq in a condo complex ( 3 family) across from Cooper River walking path. One flight of small stairs. Property grounds maintained fairly well. PATCO Haddonfield stop ( 1 mile), and 10 miles to PHILA. Free Parking available next to complex. One soft queen bed, and one pull out single bed in living room. High Speed wi fi internet, one 40 inch Tv, OTA TV stations, dvds,ROKU Enjoy the quiet setting. Neighbors are mostly quiet. Common areas kept fairly well. There is a beautiful park, and hiking trails across the street. Evans Pond and Croft Family Farm. FULL access to 650 sq flat with a full sit-in kitchen, living room with a beautiful view of park. There is a full bathroom with a tub, hand held shower, and a bath tub. There is storage for clothes (dresser and and two closet). Bedroom has queen size bed, and a bench, and chairs. Kitchen is equipped with plates, pots, microwave, pans, dishwasher, washer dryer inside the unit. AC/heat is working fine, and you may adjust the settings. I don’t live there. I am available to answer questions via sms. It is a larger complex and closest town is Haddonfield, and Philadelphia is best reached by PATCO line. It is only a 25 minutes ride. Car is the best way to move around, if you like walking you can get to downtown by foot (25 min) and bike. If you like walking or jogging there is a popular trail across the street. I prefer longer stays, and offer discounts for 30-day stays, 90-day stays, and over 120- day reservations. However, I am happy to accommodate weekly stays.
