Tranquility "at" the Lake

Quiet place within 1000 feet to lake access, with 2 piers and a boat launch. (Please note, it is not a lake front property) It’s surrounded by woods & nature. Relaxing, Very clean. Kayaks, fishing, kitchenette with microwave, frige, hot plate, George Foreman grill, Keurig 1 cup, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster & large charcoal grill. Kitchen sink w/necessities. You have your own private area. Private driveway, entrance & patio. It is in the lower part of our house, we reside upstairs. 2 Piers at the lake, Kayaks & life jackets. (Must request kayaks in advance and sign a waiver located in the information book) The driveway is long with a turn around area at the bottom. Smaller cars have plenty of room, trucks and SUVs can park at the top of the driveway. We live on the property and are only a text away should you have questions or need anything. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. Park in the driveway. Smaller vehicles can go to the bottom of the driveway where there is a turn around area. Larger vehicles should park at the top of the driveway. Daveste Vineyards is 5 minutes away. There are several lakeside restaurants within a few miles. Lake Norman State Park is 2 miles away with bike trails, hiking and beach area. Nearby, Cedar Stump Pub is a local pub with live music on certain dates. Good restaurants in town too! (Troutman, NC)
