My place is close to restaurants and dining, beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the location and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NYC is 1 hour train ride from Huntington LIRR. Wineries are about 1 hour away. I'm centrally located near parkways, local buses are 5 minute walk away. Beaches on North Shore and South Shore easily accessible. Paramount theater only 10 minutes. This is great private apartment, It is not listed as a free standing cottage, it is the first floor of a home. It has a queen size bed for 2 persons and a pull out full size sofa, twin air mattress. Has dual burner hot plate, microwave, small toaster oven, coffee maker. It is equipped with pots, pans, plates and utensils. Paper essentials are all provided. Beautiful in ground pool in summer available for your use. Opens around (depending on NY weather ) 6/1 closes 9/12 thur Fall/Winter/Spring. Verizon FIOS, WIFI is available for your use. Blue Tooth speakers for your listening devices is also provided. You will have access to your private entrance through the back of the house. I will give you your own keys upon arrival. No need to go into main house. You have private bathroom and living room and bedroom. I am available if you need anything. I try to keep your space very private, due to covid restrictions this will be contactless check in. Like a Hotel you come and go as you please. You have all the amenities, clean sheets, good supply of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing soap, coffee, milk. If you are staying longer than a week I will clean your towels after the first week. Feel free to call, text, email me with any questions or concerns I will answer immediately. . I speak English, Italian and some Spanish. The neighborhood is quite and we do not want any events or parties in this space. Be respectful to the neighbors, please park in front of my home or in driveway on the left side. We have plenty of restaurants and take out in the this area. Whitman Shops are located around the block, this is a beautiful upscale mall with restaurants and shops. If you enjoy shopping this is a must stop for you. Corporate Melville area is about 5 minutes, Corporate Hauppauge is about 20 minutes by car. Jericho and Hicksville is 20 minutes away. Lake Success/NHP is 30 minutes away. Huntington Village is short 10 minute drive, with movie theaters, Music Venues, over 100 Restaurants and Bars, Huntington Village is always hopping, with something to do for everyone. A suggestion parking in Huntington Village is very limited on the weekend, take a cab or Uber this will save you time searching for a parking spot. If you do not have a car, there is bus transportation walking distance. at the Whitman Mall Shops in Huntington. Train is 3 miles away. Huntington Hospital (Northwell) for Medical Students is 10 minute drive. LIJ/Northwell, North Shore/Northwell in New Hyde Park and Manhasset is only 30 minutes away. I am close to the NSP and LIE (495), Stony Brook Hospital is a 40 minute drive. Catering Halls, Fox Hollow, Crest Hollow, Woodbury Country Clubs, The Ritz, Harbor Club are less than a 10 minute ride away. Cabs and Uber are available if you want to enjoy your event without driving. There is parking in the left side of driveway or in front of the house.
