Beagle Lodge is a luxurious three-bedroom home nestled in the Southern foothills of Adelaide. Boasting beautiful décor, styling and functional indoor and outdoor amenities, this property offers guests supreme comfort in a superb location. Adelaide city is just 10km away and easily accessible by car or public transport. Lynton Train Station is just a ‘stone's throw’ from the doorstep. Lynton is close to shops, restaurants, and local nature reserves featuring walking, bike trails. Situated in the Adelaide foothills and amongst the tranquillity and beauty of the Australian bush, Beagle Lodge is nestled away at the end of a cul-de-sac. The front yard features off-street parking for two vehicles and side gate access to a large backyard suitable for quiet relaxation. An elevated gazebo at the rear of the property provides a spectacular vantage point of the city west and evening sunsets. The gazebo features lighting and ceiling fan for ongoing enjoyment during the evening and also the warmer months. The home features a master suite with queen bed, walk-in robe, bathroom access, air-conditioner and ceiling fan. Up to three additional guests can be catered for in a second bedroom with queen bed or a third bedroom with a single bed. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, drawers and hangers. The lounge room is a light, open space with a Smart TV and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for in-house cooking, while the adjacent dining room has sliding door access to a paved outdoor dining area. A laundry and washing machine is also available for guest use. Guests have exclusive access to Beagle Lodge home, property and all amenities. Guests will be greeted on arrival by my daughter in law Sunni and then left to enjoy the privacy of the lodge. Contact details will be provided for queries that may arise throughout a stay. Sunni resides in a neighbouring suburb and is happy to assist with advice or questions regarding the local area and Beagle Lodge. Beagle Lodge is located in the leafy suburb of Lynton and neighbours Lynton and Sleeps Hill Nature Reserves, which feature walking, cycling and mountain bike riding trails. Eire Café on Springbank Road is a lovely walk from the lodge and a great place to visit for breakfast or lunch. The menu is a balance between traditional comfort food and creative dishes. Nearby Windy Point Restaurant and Café not only offers a fabulous dining experience. The building was custom designed for its location and offers uninterrupted panoramic views of Adelaide from the comfort of a dining chair! Alternatively, the same view can be seen from a drive to Windy Point Lookout neighbouring the restaurant. Also within close proximity to Beagle Lodge is Belair National Park and an array of dining and shopping options along Unley, Goodwood Road and King William Roads. Glenelg Beach is just 11 kilometres away and a popular destination among Adelaide visitors for its beach, attractions and restaurants. Adelaide is regarded as the Festival State and certainly lives up to this title during ‘Mad March’, a name that has been affectionately given to this month by locals. During March, Adelaide plays host to several annual events including the Adelaide Festival, Fringe Festival, WOMADelaide Music Festival, and the Adelaide 500 V8 Supercars event. Beagle Lodge is a great base for day trips to Fleurieu Peninsula and wine regions of the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Airport - Lynton is a 25 minute (13 kilometre) drive from Adelaide Airport. Train - Lynton Train Station is just 20 metres from your doorstep, providing quick and easy access to the city (15 minutes North) or Belair National Park (10 minutes South). Bicycle - Adelaide is a bicycle friendly city boasting numerous cycle tracks and road lanes which make it very easy to get around. The Adelaide Free Bike Hire Scheme is a free bike hire service with several locations across the city and is available to everyone, every day, during daylight hours. Bike SA also has a range of hybrid and off-road bikes available for multi-day hire. Taxi & Uber - these services are also operational in Adelaide. Strictly a non smoking property in and outside the home. Bed linen and towels supplied… Food provisions- milk, tea and coffee, basic brekkie… Wifi and Netflix access available... No phone on premises please use wifi...
