The backyard is part of our home so we use it. There is a laundry at the back of the pool suite for our guests. Washing machine/dryer, clothes line with laundry detergent available for guests. Ironing board and iron available.Definitely no smoking on the property. Parking unrestricted at the front of our home. Read the council signs regarding parking. Permit available. Side gate access. Accommodation is at the back of a Victorian Villa. You will be treated as our paying guests. We live in the villa. This is part of our home. We use the backyard to go to and from our garage. The pool suite is for AirB&B guest(s) only. The suite is private - blinds ensure your privacy. Light and airy space. Please be respectful of home environment, use of power etc. Portable fan available to assist with air flow. Ceiling fan currently not in use. Not suitable for children. Beautiful, affluent suburb with all amenities nearby. Situated 3km from CBD. 2km to Norwood and 300 m to Victoria Park. Very quiet, residential area. Walk or travel around by bus. Bus stops nearby. We are accustomed to hosting many international guests. Over 25 years experience welcoming people to our home. Please switch off lights/tv before going to sleep.
