The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, oven and hop and crockery etc. The apartment is situated in a popular and quiet area within walking distance to the Swiss hotel, bars and restaurants. 5 min drive into Moraira. You can enjoy the lovely peaceful setting and the garden, large communal pool and a rowing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, English & Spanish TV, video machine, fire place. The balcony, overlooks the beautifully maintained green gardens and pool, ideal for al fresco dining. Guests own access with use of the entire apartment and the outside space, garden and pool. Free parking area for 1 car outside the property, off road. There are a few steps down to front door, and stairs down to the pool area. The owner is normally available, we are here at your request, we do not infringe upon your privacy, we know how valuable your holiday is. Moraira is a lovely unspoiled village, offering a relaxing atmosphere, vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops, access to the mountains and larger towns, ideally located for a quiet break or touring the vast and beautiful region. Formerly a small fishing village situated between Valencia and Alicante airports, a popular resort with beautiful Marina and great relaxed night life. The area has grown over the years yet the Moraira has retained its charm and has become one of the best destinations in Costa Blanca. Although we are walking distance to village, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets car is recommended or taxis are available. There is also an airport shuttle to and from the airport of Alicante or Valencia. Washing machine available at a small charge.
