The other apartments are mostly used privatly for holidays, mostly only at the weekends. The houses are situated on the eastern shore unique on a "sunterrace" above the Lake Como. They are surrounded of the pittoresque mountain village, a lot of nature and forests of chestnuts, which invite you to hike (for example on the Monte Legnone). Nearby you find a homely trattoria and a small grocery (fresh rolls in the morning). An ideal region for hiker and mountain biker and for bon vivants. Enjoy the fantastic panorama lake-view onto the lake as well as the sparkling lights of the lake promenades and mountain villages in the starlit nights. The roofed sunterrace with teak furniture and deckchairs as well as the lawn offer a lot of possibilities to sunbath and relax. The typical serpentines lead you to the lake accompanied by marvellous panorama views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Nearby is an unfinished house (without work). The open kitchen is well equipped. On the hillside you find the sleeping room (bed 1,60 x 1,90 m) and the bathroom with sink, bath tube and toilet/bidet. The entrance is from the hill side. The garden of apartment "Luna" is in directon to the lake. double bedroom, sofa-bed, bathroom total area about 72 m² - inside about 60 m² - outside about 12 m² - garden about 50 m² - On-site Mobility: You find a tennis court about 150m below the apartments. Friends of tennis, hikers and Mountainbikers (as well as friends of mushrooms/chestnuts) can find mostly inexhaustible possibilities. A playground and a venue for local festivities is situated near the tennis court. Your car can be parked on an own space behind the house. The pool between the two houses can be used from the mid of May untill the mid of September. Dervio with its marvellous headland, fantastic beaches, the port for sailing boats at the top, as well as the promenade at the water front is about 6 km away. Both apratments are recommended as holiday apartments all year long because of the modern gas heating, the sunny situation and the isolation.
