Amazing single bedroom with private bathroom in a strategic position villa between Venice and Treviso with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen, large garden and 3 parking spaces and 1 camper space. Incredibile swimming pool for the guests! The usage of terrace, kitchen and living room is shared between guest. Just 20 minutes from Venice historic center, 15 minutes from Venice Marco Polo airport and Treviso airport and 20 minutes from Jesolo! The apartment is pet-freindly! This villa is a few steps from the center of Quarto D'Altino offering a comfortable option for a little bit of relax. The location is highly strategic being about 20/25 minutes from the historic center of both Venice and Treviso easily accessible by both car and train, as well as 20 minutes from Jesolo! The apartment is composed of: entrance hall with large corridor, large living room with kitchen and TV, two double bedrooms each with wardrobes, television and air conditioning, a single room with wardrobe, TV and air conditioning and finally three spacious bathrooms. The single bedroom will be used exclusively by the guest. On the ground floor of the villa lives the property with its four dogs that is always at disposal for any kind of information, suggestions and advice. The terrace with table and chairs can be used by the guests! On the ground floor of the villa – where there property lives – there will always be someone ready to welcome you and provide you all the information or advice you need. The garden is for proprietary usage only. Quarto D'Altino is a city in a really strategic position for those who want to relax and at the same time visit Venice or Treviso. It is also very close to both the Venice and Treviso airports, thus very useful for short-term stays. The city is the starting point for many walks and bike paths running along the Sile river. Other attractions in the surroundings: riviera del brenta, river routes, sport fishing, kayaking and canoeing. The accommodation has 3 parking slots for cars and 1 parking slot for a camper. The historic centers of Venice or Treviso are about 20 minutes away and can be easily reached by car or train (Quarto D'Altino train station is 5 minutes far from the apartment by car). The apartment is ideal if you are traveling with one or more dogs. We consider ourselves 100% pet friendly – We love dogs so much that we have four sweet dogs owned by the property living on the ground floor. There is the possibility of a check-in for the following surcharges: - From 7 pm to 22 pm (€ 20) The municipality requires a tourist tax that is not included in the price.
