Twenty mins from the loop in Athens, GA, 1hr from downtown Atlanta, GA and 45 mins from Clemson, SC. Only 3 miles from I -85. Ten minutes from Tanger Outlets, Atlanta Speedway, other shopping and resturants. With a pool table, theater room, exercise, gaming and music areas and space to sleep 20!!! We have internet and the Fire Stick for your TV viewing. You will need to use your own apps to watch the tv such as Hulu, Netzero, Amazon Prime, etc. We recently added (Hidden by Airbnb) Home for your entertainment. Feel free to turn it off if you prefer. In addition to the upstairs TV viewing we have a theater room in the basement with surround sound and a DVD player with an assortment of movies. Also a pool table, karaoke machine, playing cards and board games. Full access except garage. We live near by the property, if you need anything call or text me at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) This is a very private home sitting on 5 acres of land on a gravel road. It's in a rural area of Commerce, GA which is quite and absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a weekend get away, team building weekends, Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts events or an outdoor wedding and reception. We are less than 10 mins from Wal-Mart, Ingles, Tanger Outlet and many other shopping and resutrants. This is a very versatile place. It's is a MUST see. This is Banks county and it is considered a "dry" county meaning you can only buy beer and wine. In order to buy alcohol you will have to travel about 15 mins away to Jefferson, GA to purchase. No public transportation but Uber/Lyft available. Parking is free. You will NOT be charged the security deposit unless something is damaged. I have a 4 legged welcoming committee, her name is Sophia. She is in charge of knowing who is on our 11 acre property. She even guards our air space!!! She will bark loudly with hair standing up on her back at first then she will sniff you and she will be fine. If you absolutely do not want to deal with her please let me know and I will keep her contained for your stay. She is an outside dog and is not allowed inside the property.
