Horse Ranch close to town- Entire Private Condo

Welcome to Freedom Acres Horse Ranch... and the perfect retreat for your next vacation. Located only 10-15 min to downtown Coeur D'Alene and 30 minutes to Spokane.... you will feel like you’re in the middle of the country, with the convenience of town close by. Here you will enjoy the rustic décor of the 900 sq ft studio apartment with views of the pasture, watching the horses frolic in the field. Also enjoy farm fresh eggs, cuddly barn cats, fruit orchard and fire pit. The studio apartment has its own entrance, so feel free to come and go as you please. The studio is up a single flight of stairs, so unfortunately, it is not handicap accessible. The kitchen area is fitted with coffee maker, fridge, double hot plate, microwave, pots pans and dishes. Few spices and condiments are always in stock and on hand. (if you need anything else, feel free to pop downstairs and ask). Towels and linens are provided along with general paper towels and toilet paper. There is also travel size shampoo, conditioner & soaps available for your use. Enjoy a beautiful reclining love seat, soft blanket and 55" Smart TV with Blue Ray player and a selection of movies. We have 2 AeroBeds available and a pack -N-Play if you have more people then will fit on the single bed. Guests are able to explore the ranch, feed the chickens (or collect eggs), pet the horses and pony, enjoy an apple, pear or any fruit growing in the orchard. And sit by a nice firebit and listen to all the animals at night. Parking is always available, and we do have RV Parking as well. With this being a working horse ranch we are always out and about. There will be people here who board their horses and friends. You can interact a lot or a little. We are always up for making new fiends and playing some games. We are pretty rural. All the houses in the neighborhood have acreage so there are more animals around then people. We have beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding Hay fields. If you happen to be traveling with a 4 legged friend they are also welcomed. We have 2 dogs of our own so your furry friend can stretch their legs and play. **** NO PUPPIES**** All dogs must be fully potty trained and kept in a crate/kennel if left alone.
