Pin Oak Terrace

Our very private space is located in the heart of downtown Hillsborough. Even though it is close to downtown, our lot is quiet and the property is wooded. From our place, you can walk to shopping, art galleries, restaurants & bars. If you want something more urban, Durham is 15 minutes away by car. The Riverwalk, a 3 mile nature hike, connects to our street just two blocks away. The space is separate and very private with its own entrance. The furnishings are comfortable, tidy, and welcoming. Bedrooms and bathrooms are private, but guests have access to living area, laundry room, and full kitchen. You have access to laundry, a full kitchen, and large living space with a fireplace and TV with smart apps. I am happy with sharing a cup of coffee or never seeing you - your call! Our neighborhood is in the historic district. You can walk to the post office, visitor center, art galleries, restaurants, pubs, and gift shops. The streets adjacent to the downtown area are great for walking, jogging, or strolling along to see the historic houses in the area. Parking is available in our driveway. There are stairs required to get to the apartment. Uber and Lyft operate in this area, but public transport is scarce. We welcome people of all walks and backgrounds, regardless of age, sexual orientation, race, gender identity or faith. We have a small poodle that some times uses the fenced backyard.
