Quiet room with queen bed in B&B, shared bathroom

A cozy room, simply but finely furnished. Two windows bring a lot of light inside, you can see our garden from one of them!Bathroom is in common with another room, towels are included. We care a lot about cleanliness. We live in a big house, in a closed court with garden with an old barn in the view from the rooms. The guest rooms are upstairs. The lower one is our relevant, but there are flexible timetables, a copy of the key is left to the guests. only we ask you to close gate and doors, and to be quiet during the night and transiting of the common areas. We live in the same house where you will stay, so we are more or less always present, working times and our commitments permitting. We are in a quiet residential area that borders the countryside, the courtyard makes our place a quiet accommodation. It 'a safe area, parking is available in front of the property and inside too (1 car) covered. Closer to home, approachable by walking, there are the newpapershop /tobacconist, pharmacy, pizzeria, a bakery, a few bars and two excellent tiny restaurants. Porcia has got a beautiful historic center, characterized by the castle and the Risorgive ( "springs") a water source phenomenon that creates unique views. The accommodation is located in Roraipiccolo, a tiny fraction. We are 100 mt from the stop of the n°4 bus that came from the city center, a 20-minute walk from the centre of Pordenone, or 10 cycling. The train station is 1.2 km as well as the A28 motorway exit We have excellent culinary proposals approachable for dinner and lunch with genuine products at fair prices. We have two cats and a small dog, live exclusively in our areas, but tell us any allergies. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but we have a portico and the garden for the smokers.
