Cozy Pond House!

Cozy home with a beautiful backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard Guests can enjoy the whole house except for the garage. The house is 3/2 with (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) square feet. Beautiful backyard with access to spa and barbecue grill. We also have a nice fire fit We have RV fenced off and separate from the house (our other AirBNB listing)where we have guests staying. Please don’t disturb and please don’t park in front of the gate it’s designated for RV guests. Gardeners come on Thursday morning There’s a $200 fee if pets go on furniture or beds. Guests can access the whole house except the garage I’m available anytime guests have questions or need assistance by phone, email or text If you can’t reach me for any reason please call Sal( my husband) at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We love our neighbors and know most of them. We usually travel and camp together and are a part of each other’s lives. We have lived in this house for the last 9 years. I love the fact that i can go for walks anytime with my little girl in the neighborhood and will always have a chance to talk to some of our friends around here. Everyone is friendly and nice. Easy to get around Modesto. Most people drive but there’s a lot of places within walking distance. There a few parks, shopping centers, a bar all within walking distance. Uber is also available and it’s about $10 to downtown Gardeners come on THURSDAY and make a little noise mowing the front and backyard. Please smoke outside...and if pets go on furniture or beds there’s an extra $200 charge and please pick up after your pets too. ($100 fee if fail to do so)
