My place is a unique property conceptualized as a hotel cum villa concept in Lonavala. Keeping in mind, the guest comfort, luxury & overall experience, we have developed the following:- -Forest & pool views - 3rd Party in room dining from Centralized Kitchen serving Indian Chinese Tandoori and South Indian cuisines -Free wifi on the property -Intercom Facility -Luxurious bed & bath amenities -On-site parking -24 Hour security with CCTV Cameras -Shared Pool - Timings 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM The property consist of 6 beautifully made Villas Glass facade villas. The space: The Majestic Villa is a massive Villa with a pleasant forest view from the balcony of master bed room. The Villa has 4 rooms. The rooms allotted to the guests are : The bedroom on the ground floor is completely Air conditioned with queen sized bed, side drawers on each side of the bed, a full sized mirror and a wardrobe. The Air Conditioned master bed room has a KING sized double bed with a massive bathroom with bath tub designed. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with side drawers on each side of the bed, a full sized mirror, TV with Tata Sky and a wardrobe. The other two rooms are also on the first floor with attached bathroom, side drawers on each side of the bed and a full sized mirror. For the extra guests over and above 8, we provide comfortable floor mattress with linens + pillows + quilts + towels. - The Villa can accommodate upto 16 guests. The pricing upto 6 guests remain the same. Above 6 guests, the per person pricing is 600 per person plus taxes. The guests are hence requested to select the exact no. of guests while making the reservation on Airbnb. Thanks! The Living room of the Villa is huge with two Air Conditions. The kitchen is on the ground floor with basics like Fridge + Water purifier and Microwave is available. Induction plate is available on call. We do not provide gas for cooking as in the past the guests have left the gas nobs open leading to scary situations. We have outsourced our In-house centralized kitchen to a third party, in the trusted hands of the culinary maestros from the Bombay based brand “The Third Spice”. Take your taste buds to a lip-smacking journey down to the Southern India, up high to the Northern India not leaving the sparkle of Tandoor behind & Far East to taste some of the Asian cuisine. To get the food delivered at the comfort of your villa, all you need to do is call the good folks at The Third Spice, place your order & pay as per actuals. The villa is equipped with all the needed cutlery, to enhance your experience; because when you visit the Seven Sands Ville, we believe all you need to do is have lots of fun with all the comfort !! Please note that we are also centrally located with almost all reputed restaurants of Lonavala nearby like Ramakrishna, German Bakery, Picadore, Brocolli, Diamond, Mulaqat, Mc. Donalds, Dominos etc. In case you wish to order from the nearby restaurants you may call them and place your orders or you may also order via Swiggy /Zomato in case !! We provide all bed linens, towels and star quality toiletries. Wifi is provided complimentary for the guests. The rooms have inter com to connect with the reception. We have a shared swimming pool to take a dip in the ever blooming Lonavala environment. Please note that the shared swimming pool is now operational and to maintain maximum precautions it is advised to share the pool within your Villa group. The Pool timings are from 09.00 AM to 09.00 PM. We provide indoor games like Jenga, Playing Cards, Uno, Monopoly. All you need to do is ask for the same at the reception (a phone call away). Any special requests over and above the mentioned items shall be chargeable. The guests shall have access the shared Swimming Pool, the reception, kids play area and the common area of the property. The guest shall also have access to the shared Gaming Zone which includes the following: 1. Table Tennis, 2. Fuss-ball table, 3. Carom, 4. Darts, 5. Archery. We have an Operations Manager and a Front office manager on the property along with the service staff. They shall be more than happy to help you in case of anything. If there is anything specific that you would like to ask me I shall be happy to assist. The property is located far from the hustle bustle of the city & yet very close to the main market in Lonavala & to the Highway. Its offers a very calm & serene environment with chirping birds, forest views on 3 sides. Located about 1Km from Kumar Resort & 1 Km from the highway it provides easy access to the market & from the highway it avoids all the Lonavala traffic. Tigers point is 20 minutes drive from the property. Bushi dam is around 10-15 minutes drive.
