Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring and a private hot tub for a max of 2. The modern kitchen is open plan to the lounge offering a log burner and sky tv. The cosy bedroom offers a kingsize bed and is just down the hallway. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the fields and this property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages. We are half a mile from Llanbedr village. We have just installed a 2 person hot tub. This cosy cottage apartment is newly renovated and offers a comfortable place to enjoy the mountains & beaches. There is no mobile signal on the farm but we do have wifi. There is no washing machine or dishwasher either as we don't have the space but we have just put in a hot tub. We are here to help if guests need anything. We provide local information on attractions and places to eat! Llanbedr village is 10 mins away by foot. There is plenty of parking on the farm. If you arrive by foot there are bus & train services from the village which run approximately every 2 hours. Dogs are extra and are charged at £10 per night. Please pay cash only on arrival. Please ask before bringing your pets. We are about 5 minutes from the nearest beach - Shell Island. If you want mobile signal do not book! Wifi is not the strongest but enough to check the essentials. No washing machine or dishwasher in this property as there is no room to put one in!
