These flats are quiet in idyllic location in Kinghorn therefore we ask you to respect those neighbours around. The flat has just been completely renovated with new balcony, kitchen, appliances, new bathrooms and flooring. Not only is flat been done to high standard but building itself is an old traditional building. The living space & kitchen is open plan. The kitchen has breakfast bar with stools. The large patio door open out to the balcony allowing outside inside. Seating is available on the balcony. The living room has smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube, a sofa bed and seat and footstool. There is a DVD player, Wii and toys. The main bathroom has shower & bath. Kinghorn is a quiet village with easy commute by car, bus or train to many towns, Dundee or Edinburgh. There is also a local taxi firm. Small park is 10 minutes walk from house as well as short walk to beach. There is a supermarket, butchers and bakery in the village. There is two excellent restaurants/pub - The Ship and Harbour View close to the beach. Burntisland is the next town which has a leisure pull and gym. The Golf Course is also fantastic. In July and August the fairground attracts many visitors as well as the Highland Games. Pettycur Bay is 20 minute walk or 2 minutes by bus. You can have a meal there or use the pool, gym, soft play and outdoor park. Fife has an excellent coastal path which allows you to enjoy spectacular views as you walk along the coastline of the Firth of Forth. The Binn Hill, in Burntisland is an old volcano which also is a great walk with great views. The Loch in Kinghorn is also good place to look round with The Ecology Centre, cafe and ducks to feed. Kinghorn offers a great bus, train and taxi service. We are happy to help you with organising getting around.
