Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is a family sized bathroom with a bath and shower spray to be shared between the two guest rooms. Bath robes and hairdryer provided. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Bedroom, bathroom and rear garden. Guests can check in between 4pm and 9pm and can check out before 10am. There is a rear garden that guests are welcome to use and fast WiFi. A lovely residential and safe area close to the centre on Newton Abbot and all it’s amenities. Train station 10 minutes away. Bus station 5 minutes away. Newton Abbot race course 15 minutes away. Exeter,Dartmouth, Torquay, English Riviera, Totnes and Dartmoor National Park all within easy reach. National cycle route 2, Templar way and Stover Canal 5 minutes away. There is a local train station and bus station all within easy walking from the house. There is metered parking a little further down the road or I can give you a guest parking ticket for an additional charge of £2.00 a day. There is a cat here but she is very shy and retiring.
