Numerous local walks. Centrally located to visit stunning beaches and beautiful Cornwall. Cycle trail joining both coasts. Trellisick House & Gardens, Eden Project etc Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement. No dogs during the main season. Intensive deep cleaned cottage. Freshly laundered linen and towels. Fuchsia cottage is a charming Cornish cottage with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. There is a sitting area to eat to enjoy the sunshine. A washing line to dry clothes and a sunny seat in a real suntrap at the front of the cottage. The cottage is situated along a road of outstanding natural beauty with the majority, beautiful listed houses. There are many stunning beaches just a short distance away. The village has an amazing pub which allows dogs and 'Surfers Cafe'. Great location to access all of Cornwall's beauty. The Bissoe Trail runs from the village to the north coast, so perfect for cyclists, showing Cornwall's mining heritage. The guests have access to the whole house and garden, sunny seating area both front and back with washing line. The garden has a shared path and yard area with the cottage next door. Self check in. The historic village is charming, with a pub, park opposite and access to a cycle trail that links coast to coast. The village is very friendly, safe for children and absolutely beautiful. The quay is great for viewing bird life or having a quick dip in the sea. Devoran is very well situated beside the A39 to visit so many places nearby, but still off the beaten track. All at very reasonable rates. The treatment room is closeby. Attention Dog Owners The garden is completely fenced so it is safe for dogs and children. There is a shared path and yard so please respect others. Dogs need to be kept on leads in the back garden especially if they are nervous/aggressive with people or children. Dog mess needs to be cleared up immediately from the garden . If it's dry a watering can is available to dilute dog pee, as it kills the grass. Dogs aren't allowed on furniture or upstairs. Dogs can't be left unsupervised in the cottage unless caged. There is an extra cleaning fee of £45 for dogs.
