At disposal of our guests: outdoor and swimming pool with whirlpool (heated from may to september, weather permitting), solarium area, olive grove with barbecue and playground area and two private parking (7 covered parking spaces + 15 outdoor parking spaces). Nearby the residence we have a private dock, where you can also rent our boats. Located in a very quiet area, the apartment is 160 sqm on 2 levels in a brand-new Residence with outdoor and swimming pool with whirlpool (heated from may to september, weather permitting), solarium area and olive grove with barbecue and playground area and two private parking (7 covered parking spaces + 15 outdoor parking spaces). The apartment includes: - open space with a spacious kitchen with induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea pot and other kitchen equipments. A big table of stone, satellite TV with SKY decoder and a comfortable sofa that can be used as sofa bed - ample terrace with another table and furniture - two double bedrooms with ample wardrobe and lake view -one double bedroom with mountain view - one bedroom with two single beds which can be joined into one double bed -two modern bathrooms with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Cots and high-chairs for babies are available on request (up to 2 years old). Other services for free: WiFi, satellite TV, indipendent air conditioning or heating system, safe, blackout drapes. Services with a fee (to be requested prior arrival): extra replacement of bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, daily housekeeping, newspapers. You can also book YOGA LESSONS or THAI MASSAGE that will take place directly in your apartment, a PERSONAL CHEF who can cook directly in your apartment dinner, lunch, appetizers, brunch, buffet, breakfast or take COOKING CLASS (after which you can eat the dishes you prepared) directly in your apartment with professional Chef! All the guests of the Residence have free access to the pool with whirlpool, to the solarium, to the olive grove with barbecue and playground area, to the 2 private parking (7 covered parking spaces + 15 outdoor parking spaces). The reception staff speaks italian, english and french language. If not on site, you can easily reach the staff by telephone for any kind of problem or information regarding the building, the surrounded area and the neighbouring villages. The residence is situated in a typical lake small town along the lakebanks of Como Lake in a quiet and strategic position in the middle between Bellagio and Lecco. The boat stop can be reached in 10 minutes walking by the lake. In the nearby there are bars, restaurants, beaches, soccer field and it's a starting point for enjoyable walks. Children under 6 years old stay for free. The tourist tax isn't included and amounts to € 1.50 per person, per night and it'll be paid IN CASH when you check out.
