Gland Private Residence - Lake & Garden Access

Located in a quiet & safe residential area in the city of Gland, the apartment is perfectly located for guests wanting to visit both Geneva, Lausanne and the beautiful area. The property offers a playground in front of it and a private beach that is only 5min by foot. The flat has 3 bedrooms (but only one is available), a spacious living room, a kitchen, dinner space and a lovely balcony. The area is surrounded by grocery store, shops, few bars, bowling center at short distances by foot The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms but only one will be made available for your stay. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dinner area, a comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV, a full bathroom with standing shower and a bedroom Guests will have access to all amenities on site except for the 2 bedrooms that will be closed 24/7. We will communicate access and other information via email (at least one week prior to your arrival) but you can also contact us on the Airbnb discussion or by phone if we can be of any assistance. Please make sure to check your mail (The same email address you registered on Airbnb) as well as your spams one week prior to your arrival. If you make your reservation less than 7days to the date of your check in, you will receive those information the same day. The flat is located in a quiet and safe residential area next to the Imperial Golf Club and nearby the Geneva lake, between Lausanne/Morges and Nyon/Geneva. Located in the city of Gland, The Residence is surrounded by a little forest and can easily be reached by car (5min to Nyon, 25min to Geneva, 25min to Lausanne), bus (9min to Nyon) or train (3min to Nyon, 20min to Geneva, 20min to Lausanne).
