Nesting in the Sth Downs and v quiet - stunning walks on your doorstep and close by to a country pub is our spacious 3 bedroom cottage w/ cosy wood burner for chilly evenings & beautifully decorated throughout. Bed 3 is a new cosy double bed (heated & with electrics) cabin on the terrace (see photo). All perfect for long w-end/relaxing hols or even short/long term let. All bedrooms are no longer interconnecting & new fab shower newly installed In b/room. Quiet and stunning location with own private south west facing garden overlooking the Sussex downs. This 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for a family holiday or to share with couples. The space is very well laid out and there is one main bathroom it’s bath and showered then one loo and sink en-suite to the master bedroom. The bedrooms used to be interconnecting but they are now totally private as the cottage has recently been restructured and we have added a third bedroom. There are incredible walks all around the cottage and it is only 15 min beautiful walk to Petworth where there are boutique shops, antique shops and cafes and pubs and Petworth Park. Long or short lets available with a very good discount. Highly recommended for a beautiful stay that ticks all the boxes. To access the property. go into byworth village from Petworth. Please enter the Black Horse Pub car park and drive straight through the wooden gate at the end and swing round to the right and park in the bays immediately on your rights. Then walk down the steps opposite to the cottage. The main postal address for the cottage is The Old Tanneries, Byworth, Petworth GU280HL. Only as often as guests would like or if they need anything The cottage is set in stunning countryside and has views over the Sussex downs and beautiful walks on your doorstep. You can see no other buildings from the cottage, it is very secluded although being only 2 minutes walk from the pub that serves very good food all day and evening. Advisable to book in advance sometimes. You can walk into Petworth town from the cottage, it takes about 15 minutes and across countryside. There are coffee shops, cafes, boutiques and antique shops. Coop is also open until 10 pm every night. Thank you Pulborough train station and frequent local buses and lots taxis. Please ask me if you need to book one in advance. The main bathroom now has a lovely shower as well as a bath. There is also plenty of hot water for familues. There is also an ensuite loo and basin to the main bedroom. Both have cosy hot towel rails to keep your towels warm. All bedrooms have TVs with remote controls. The bedrooms are no longer interconnecting as we have restructured the cottage and also added a third bedroom, so there is complete privacy for all couples and families. The main master bedroom has its own door onto the pretty south west facing garden and then the hallways have doors that lead onto the garden. You also need to bring your own food and toiletries. There is always some loo paper and soap and dishwasher tablets etc. Essentials but you will need to do your own shopping. Thank you.
