HISTORISCHES PFARRHAUS NÄHE NÜRBURGRING

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate. With a folding bed, the accommodation is ideal for families with one child. Kitchen, living room and bedroom form an open unit. The bedroom is located on the upper floor under the roof and has a very coz (Website hidden by Airbnb) bamboo bed with very good mattresses. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge as well as other cooking utensils. The rooms are heated with foot/wall heating. A wood stove provides a cozy atmosphere and the wood is provided by us for free. The house is for your own use. The garden is also for your use and is very spacious ( approx. 500sqm)with hammock, trampoline, children’s swings and 2 barbecue areas. We have animals on our farm but we would ask to not let them in the house. Unfortunately pets cannot be brought, as this is not compatible with our pets. Besides, we don’t want pets in the house.
