This truly beautiful property is the ideal location for a peaceful break for families, couples or friends to explore, adventure and relax. No 27 Is a beautifully renovated bungalow which creates a peaceful home for up to 6 guests. Private access to the whole property which has a beautiful lounge and dining area - creating a lovely space to gather together when the day’s events are over. A modern and fully-equipped kitchen to prepare and cook your own food and a washing machine. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has 1 day bed, standard single, and 1 trundle bed, also standard single. Bedroom 3 is accessed via master bedroom and/or bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 also provides access to the patio at the rear of the property, so it’s important that guests don’t mind this shared access. Discover a family bathroom with shower as well as a lovely walk-in shower room with under-floor heating. A peaceful patio garden complete with wicker sofa, dining table and parasol which has enchanting views of the Berwyn mountains. The patio area has a chiminea for guests to enjoy a cosy fire. No 27 has a smart tv and free WiFi. Private and ample parking for up to three CARS is available to guests. Please note that the drive is attached to next doors drive, so guests must stay on our side only. **** THE CUL DE SAC HAS A RESTRICTIVE COVENANT IN PLACE**** NO CARAVANS, MINIBUS OR VANS CAN BE PARKED ON THE DRIVE. ******CARS ONLY*****. We operate a self check-in system with a code for a key box and instructions sent to guests at check-in time. The beautiful Vale of Llangollen, with its dramatic backdrop boulder-strewn River Dee is the setting for this pretty tourist town. The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, a World Heritage site is only 3.2 miles away with popular National Trust sites Erddig and Chirk Castle are within easy driving distance. The main tourist attractions such as the canal, the steam railway and Horse shoe falls are within walking distance. Snowdonia National Park is a 30 minute drive away which boasts some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. A day-long car trail will lead you to visit six of the ‘Seven wonders of Wales’. Llangollen Golf Club is 0.9 miles away. Llangollen offers a good range of pubs and restaurants as well as many interesting shops. We have a regular bus service and are close to Ruabon and Chirk train stations. Please note that bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are completely separate. However, for No.27 to accommodate 6 guests, bedroom number 3 will need to be accessed via bedroom 1 or 2. *******Please note that due to a restrictive covenant we can not have vans or minibus parked on the driveway.
