Set in a tranquil setting with views of nadiza and surrounding mountains, being in the socca valley its famous for the great outdoors, sports and wildlife. Ground floor : Bedroom with 1 double bed. Spacious bathroom with enclosed shower, washing and drying machines. Living room with seating, woodburner. Large spacious fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher & woodburning stove. 1st floor Large enclosed balcony sitting area with panoramic views. Bedroom 2 with juliet balcony sleeps 3/4 king size bed & single bed (can be changed to bunk bed on request). Bedroom 3 sleeps 3/4 king size bed and single bed & pullout bed. Off balcony small tiolet & sink. We have 2 separate gardens 1 to the front with seated covered area. Large garden below with covered decked dinning area. All areas as above Kobarid is the nearest small town it is 10 mins away where you will find quility restaurants bars along with shops and banks. Trieste airport 45 mins Ljublijana 2 hours Venice 2 hours We have a cleaner coming in before your stay and when you leave . Please leave house how you expect to find it. Towels are provided and YOU are expected to wash & dry these items while on your stay. WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS AT ALL IN THE PROPERTY NO SMOKING (deposits will not be refunded)
