Rustic Hidden Cabin near Newquay airport

A delightful, rustic cabin ideally located for some of Cornwalls most beautiful beaches and great surf spots. Minutes away from attractions such as Bedruthan Steps and the upmarket Watergate Bay's stunning beach, bars/restaurants. The interior has been decorated with a light surfy beach hut style. The cabin has distant sea views and amazing sunsets, is private and set at the bottom of our garden in approximately two acres of land. Ideal for two to four people with one double bed and two double sofa beds. The cabin is open plan with curtains dividing the bedrooms for privacy. There's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would expect including gas hob, kettle, toaster, fridge. We can provide additional items; ironing boards, vacuum etc on request. We welcome dogs. There is a large garden adjacent to the cabin specifically for guest use including table and chairs for outside dining. The garden has been made secure so is an ideal space for dogs, and has shade from large trees. Guests park at the top of our house and walk through a gravel path to the cabin. You have the entire cabin to yourselves and a private garden. We are very friendly and live in the cottage on site. Where possible, we will always meet you upon arrival to show you around, we are happy to interact with you as much or as little as you'd like. We are surfers, have extensive knowledge of local spots, and can arrange discounted lessons with our friends at Kingsurf on Mawgan Porth beach. We can also recommend many local attractions; great walks, coasteering, restaurants, good nightlife spots etc. We live on green belt land, surrounded by rolling fields, and a working farm which is adjacent to the cabin. Ideal if you want to escape to the real Cornish countryside. We are surrounded by farm animals at certain times of year there are piglets, calves and lambs running around. There are some great local pubs a decent walk or 2 minute drive away and the picturesque 16th century village of St Mawgan a short walk away. We are 400m (5 minute walk)from Newquay airport, with excellent links to London, Leeds, Manchester and parts of Europe. Watergate bays stunning surf beach is just 2 mins by car (20 min walk) and family friendly Mawgan Porth beach 4 mins by car (40 min walk) A car is ideal but there are regular buses that go to all major surrounding towns from the airport. By car Padstow is 20 mins Port Isaac is 35 and St Ives 1 hour. We are also 20 mins from Wadebridge where the Royal Cornwall show is held. There are numerous stunning costal walks nearby, access to the South West Coast path is a short distance away, where you can walk to Bedruthan Steps and other areas of natural beauty. There are currently some gound works and building being done to our own property but this doesn't affect where the cabin is located. As the cabin is a bespoke dwelling, the ceiling height is lower than standard. Most guests have had no problem, however parts of the cabin would be unsuitable for tall men or women over 6'2. There's no TV aerial to the cabin so our Smart TV has Netfilx, BBC iplayer etc and a built in DVD player but not standard channels.
