Experience the charm of the holiday home Le Mûrier, surrounded by meadows and ancient orchards. You will quickly feel at home in this fully renovated village house, considering the original architecture and the environment. Upon entering you will find the cosy living room with dining table, stove and TV. The open kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine. 1st floor: From the kitchen you enter the mezzanine by a small staircase. This space can be used as living and / or bedroom. Above the sofa there is a single bedroom which is accessible by a wooden staircase. 2nd floor: On the top floor you have a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a small storage space with a.o. a vacuum cleaner. The bedroom has an open increase, accessible via steep staircase, which could provide a place for a child. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet. From the hallway you enter the cosy balcony with lounge chairs. Outside: The garden faces south and a BBQ is available. Children can make use of the swing. In the immediate area you will find shops, restaurants and various outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and you can take the train to the top of the Puy de Dôme.
