Renovated apartment, located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with garden. 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower, fully equipped living / kitchen, with fireplace and double sofa bed. Free parking Guests can access the garden directly and enjoy free use of the exterior and barbecue facilities. There is a washing machine and bathtub to wash your laundry at an adjacent room. You will enjoy maximum privacy but, if necessary, we will always be at your disposal during your stay. We can be reached by telephone 24 hours a day and then assist you personally, as soon as possible. VALTELLINAGUESTHOUSE is located in Delebio, a village of the low Valtellina of about 3000 inhabitants, a few km. from Colico, on Lake Como. In the village there are all essential services (medical, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc.) and nearby there are numerous supermarkets and hypermarkets. The apartment is a ten-minute walk from Delebio Train Station, where local and regional trains run on the Milan-Tirano route. From Tirano you can take the Bernina Red Train or BerninaExpress, Unesco heritage, to reach St. Moritz enjoying a wonderful panorama on the Alps. Delebio is 3 km away. From the Fuentes Trivio exit on the SS36, two-lane freeway for each direction, toll-free. It is about 1 hour's drive from Milan. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Number of babycots available: 1. Each child from 2-12 years pay 10 EUR per night, staying overnight in the beds that are already there. Please advise in advance if there are children and their age. The supplements for Children are not included in the price and have to be paid on the spot in cash. * * * At Delebio you can take the cycle path "Sentiero Valtellina" which from Colico crosses most of Valtellina, up to Sondrio. You can make wonderful walks in the surroundings, discovering the uncontaminated Val Lesina, unknown to most, or visiting Valchiavenna or the Valtellina side valleys, such as Val Masino and Val di Mello, Valmalenco, Valtartano etc. The apartment is strategically located to visit three provinces (Sondrio, Lecco, Como) and neighboring Switzerland.
