We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan. Newly built and renovated flat i our house from the 70`s. The flat has its own entrance and patio. The 52 sqm are bright, spacious and furnished with love. Here you have everything you might need for your stay. Guests have access to everything as listed and if you're missing anything just let us know. We are close to hand and can answer questions if you are wondering about something. Quite small area in a suburb close to Stockholm city. In the surroundings you have the nature just outside the doorstep and 5 minutes to Mälaren for swims during the summer. Great hiking in the nature nearby, strolls or runs along the water. Close to Sätra park with an outdoor gym, kiosk and café during the summers and a long beach for swims. It takes about 10min to walk to Vårbergs center where you'll find the red metro line that will take you into the city in 20 min (Slussen/Södermalm). In Vårbergs center you'll also find the local grocery store Ica, the pharmacy, the fitnessgym 24/7, local fruit and veggie markets and a handful of restaurants like pizza, kebab and so on. Our favourite is Nerge's with a mix of grilled dishes. You'll also have easy access to the highway E4:an /E20 if you have a car, just 5 min from the house. Also we're close to the shopping centers at Kungens Kurva and IKEA. No smoking allowed in the apartment, smoking is done outdoors.
