The location of Njivice is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful village close to Dubrovnik and seeing sites around the Bay of Kotor. Stay in the property right on the beach, Villa "I Love Njivice", Apartment (5 persons) or Boutique Studio Room (2 ). Boutique Studio Room 'I Love Njivice', located only few steps from the beach, for 1-2 persons, with a full size bed, kitchenette, TV and a bathroom & WC. Studio's entrance is facing the garden that is planted with oranges, lemons, fig trees and flowers. In front of the entrance, there is a quiet "Blue terrace" with a sitting area under the shade of kiwi. Private stairs from the terrace lead down to the shoreline, beach, jetty and private mooring. We provide a set of towels and bed-sheets for our guests. Please bring a beach towel. Private parking is for 3 cars, off the street, in a shade of kiwi vine. Transfer: Airport transfers can be arranged from either Dubrovnik, 26 km (Croatia) or Tivat Airport, 26 km (Montenegro) Your hosts are fluent in English. Only once you stay in the property right on the beach you start truly appreciating its advantages. Welcome ! Prices shown are for the property per day. Bathroom towels and bed linen are included and changing weekly. Wi-Fi Internet is COMPLIMENTARY. Sun beds at our beach in front of the house are COMPLIMENTARY. Parking is COMPLIMTARY. City tax is included in price. Check-in time is after 12 am Check-out time is by 10 am. We can be flexible with the check in/check out times according to the previous or next bookings. A mini bus service from Njivice to/from Igalo and Herceg Novi runs regularly and four water taxis at two hour intervals through the day. Restaurant 'Lanterna', with sea food, pizza/grill (for our guests 10% discount) & Mini-Market at 50m and the Club Hotel Riviera with beach and restaurant at 450 m. Njivice are situated at the entrance of the Boka Kotorska bay, the most beautiful gulf of the Mediterranean and the southernmost fjord in the world. Across the Bay from Njivice are the towns HERCEG NOVI, more than 600 years old, with numerous fortresses, palaces, and churches and IGALO, a well known for the Institute Mediterranean-themed health spa. Take a walk from Njivice to Igalo or Herceg Novi, to promenade by the sea 'Five Danica', gorgeous walking trail, 6km long. To enjoy evening walks take hike up to hill and scenic-view restaurant with ethnic cuisines. Further is the Ilinica (by Croat border), Orthodox Christian Church XVIc) and memorial for the French soldiers (1806). Breathtaking view of the Boka Kortska Bay and Croat town Molunat.
