Immaculate house in charming Beaumaris

A lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family holiday home. A spacious terraced house part of the bustling community of Beaumaris on the stunning island of Anglesey. This picturesque waterside town has something for everyone - quirky independent shops, art galleries, bijoux street cafes, charming bars and a choice of super restaurants. Whilst all the while being only a short journey to several stunning beaches or the impressive mountains of the Snowdonia national park . Newly renovated, the owners have done their very best to ensure you will want for nothing during your stay, and have created a modern welcoming, family friendly home for you to enjoy. 3 Bedrooms, sleeping 6: Including 1 double with ensuite shower room; 1 twin room and a bunk bed room. A travel cot is also available on request. 2 Bathrooms: Including 1 family bathroom with a bath and over shower along with an ensuite with large walk in shower. Kitchen: Large family dining kitchen, with all the amenities you would expect. Including dish-washer, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave etc, and with the all-important large dining table. Lounge: Modern lounge with large smart TV, WIFI and electric log burner for those cosy evenings. Outside: Parking is available directly in front of the house. To the rear in the south facing garden there is both a patio and a grassed area. In addition, there is a large secure storage area for any extra equipment you may want to bring, canoes, bikes, prams etc. Available any time via phone or e mail Once you are parked up, you can leave the car and find everything you need by foot. For seafaring types, young and old, all levels and all speed of water life actives are available from the town pier. From paddling in the local pool to 80 mile an hour rib rides along the straits whilst taking in striking views, where if you’re particularly lucky you can watch the dolphins playing The island of Anglesey itself has everything you’d expect of an outdoors holiday within a very short drive. Glorious golden sandy beaches, well signed stunning seaside walks for all levels, boat tours and kayaking. Historic National Trust houses, gardens and nature reserves, - Anglesey has it all. Beaumaris is also of course just a ten-minute drive back to the mainland via the iconic Menai Bridge and will give you speedy access to the bustling University City of Bangor, and all the facilities that a city entails. The Snowdonia National Park is also within very easy reach of the House. For serious walkers there are mountains and valleys galore to explore. Including Wales largest peak ‘Snowdon’. (for the less adventurous this can actually be tackled by train too). Other adrenalin fuelled activities abound in the area including the world-famous Zip wire in Bethesda, achieving speeds of up to 80 miles an hour. Whilst on the water we have the Velocity rib ride which is the world’s Fastest Free on street parking is available, year round in front of the property, although in the busy summer months it is advisable to park at the rear of the property where there is still direct access. We are a 5 minute walk into the town centre. There is also a local bus route taking you around the island or onto the mainland, 2 minutes walk away. Under 2’s 1. We are happy to have children under 2 stay at the house however please note we do not have child locks or stair gates ( although we do have a high chair an d a travel cot is available on request ) . Other than that there are no major reasons under 2’s who are supervised can not visit .
