Cosy Cottage in Garnant is quirky but very homely. The cottage has its own entrance with central heating and gas fire (Log burner look) for those cosy nights in, it has lounge/diner kitchen, utility room, bathroom and double bedroom and courtyard garden. The cottage is set within the village of Garnant, close to golf course and the highly recommended Raven Inn. It is within easy reach of the M4. On the edge of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. This is a great little cottage for a couple or individual, whether you are visiting for business or pleasure. Has own Wi-fi. The cottage is quirky but homely. But please note it has low ceilings in places I.e. on stairs and landing, and the stairs are steep and narrow. The cottage is as a whole together with small garden to access the front door and an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear. It is self check-in via a key box. Access is limited inside as there is a steep narrow staircase and no handrail. Also low head room on stairs and landing. Guests will be left to themselves, but if needed the host will be available by phone or email during their stay. For example if something is broken or new bedding is required just ask and the host will be happy to help Cosy Cottage is located in the village of Garnant, Carmathenshire, South Wales, Uk There is a well stocked convenience store with post office (and atm inside store). There is also a Pharmacy and Chinese takeaway, along with the Raven Inn all within 5 minute walk. There are main supermarkets in Ammanford 15 minute drive and Pontardawe 20-30 minutes drive. Also Swansea city only down the M4 a little way. Places to visit locally are: Careg Cennin Castle, Breacon Beacons. Swansea Waterfront museum There is a cycle path accessed locally. Due to COVID-19 public transport is limited, but Cosy Cottage is on a bus route to Ammanford which then connects to all areas of West Wales. If you own a car you can park kerbside to Cosy Cottage.
