Surrounded by Italian hills, an entire roof (120 m2) of an authentic Italian countryside family house, with garden (500 m2), tennis court, swimming pool, wi-fi, , kitchen, private parking. 2 bedrooms (air conditioners). 45' to sea, 30' to mountains, come and enjoy! This is our family house since 100 years, and we would love to share our property with you. It is a peaceful place, surrounded by green nature and Italian hills. We love tennis, so we have a tennis court available for (Email hidden by Airbnb) e and enjoy having breakfast in the garden in a relaxing atmosphere. Montecassino abbey and Cassino ancient romain city at only 8 km. We love the history of our region and we'd be glad to give you tips about places to visit, food to taste, and so on. Our ground floor with independent door acces is completely available for you. You will have your own parking place and we'll be glad to share with you our gardens, swimming pool, tennis court and ping-pong table. You can have your meals in the garden. Our beloved house is in a peaceful and relaxing side of Southern Italy. No neighbours except for us (me and my wife, living at the first floor with independent entrance). We have good tips to share about restaurants and bars. By train : Cassino train station at 8 km. Then you can call me and I'll come and pick you up in ten minutes. If you prefer a car rental is available at Cassino. By car : Highway A1 (Milano – Napoli) exit at 11 km. Sora-Cassino highway exit at 4 km. The place is ideal for a family or a couple, because you have to pass into the first bedroom to enter the second one.
